Hi Sis..
Well, The past month or so has been bad...as you know I was part of a study that started on February 14th. Almost immediately I started having a ton of side effects. almost all on the list except 1 or 2...after 5 weeks of adjusting things etc. they stopped and took me off the study. Then, not sure what happened but I started having alot of pain in my arm that I have had the 6 surgeries on..went to see the Ortho Onc and it turns out that the 2 bottom screws broke near the head of screw & that is causing the pain. I may have to have surgery but they cant do that until it has been a month since last chemo treatment....geez..what a pain. The Dr gave me an anti inflamitory for the swelling and that does seem to help. Pain isnt as bad. I am exhausted all the time. I see the Ortho Onc on Tuesday & reg Onc on Thursday to try & figure out the next plan...I am so sick of all of this...My whole body is in pain. Sorry I am complaining..... I will update you at the end of the week after I see both Oncs....
Saw your post to Joyce. I agree with Joyce..keep the old date. Just continue chewing that gum. We are all so proud of you. You have done a great job. Plus I want to hear some more of your great stories...
I love you lady...
