Many of you may remember that I've been trying to get into a Rad Tech program with the final goal of going on to become a Radiation Therapist.  Well, I WAS ACCEPTED for this year's class!  YEAH!!!  I'm VERY excited, although DH is less than happy.  I have to cut back my work hours to part time (I'm technically part time., but working full time hours).  That's why DH isn't happy.  His mom was so funny when we told her.  She said, "Don't worry.  I'll feed you."  tongue    I start the program in June.  For the summer session, it's only 2 classes, but starting in fall, it will be a full load.  I just wanted to let you all know.

Congrats, Kathy! That is very exciting and I'm thrilled for you. Practically since we've known you, this has been a goal. Way to go, sister!

How great is that? My congratulations to you. I think you will be able to provide a lot of compassion to those undergoing therapy. No one knows better than someone who's been there.

Let us know how all of this progresses. We'll have to book the PCE for graduation.

Thanks, ladies.  It really is a wonderful feeling of satisfaction to have this part of the process come true. 

 

MK...........when he complains, I am going to remind him that I promised he could buy his Ford F150 extended cab (which he drools over) with all the money I'll be making!  LOL

 

I will definitely keep you  up-to-date on all my trials and tribulations!  You are all the BEST!!!!!!!!!
