Anniversary

This past Tuesday was the 4th anniversary of my mast.  I didn't realize it until yesterday!  LOL  I can not believe it's been 4 years already.  Where does the time go?  As always, I want to thank all of you here for helping through the roughest part of my life.  I love you all!!!

Hi Kathy, Congrats on your 4 year anniversary!!! I had my 3 year for my diagnosis in July. It sure does not seem like it has been 3 years already. So much has happened and changed in such a short amount of time.

 

On another note, My sarcoidosis has been flaring up again. I have been having trouble breathing and have sores in my mouth that hurt non stop, also small bumbs on my hands that feel like getting poked with needles. It is just so much fun battling this thing.

 

Im on vacation this week so I will probably post a little more than I have been.

My anniversary was about the same time as yours on Oct 23rd. My BC was discovered and I had a mastectomy that day in 96. I have never had any more BC concerns of my own but as most of you know the surgery for reconstruction got me with contaminated sutures and my life has been a round of antibiotics ever since. Two weeks ago I had another spot of cellulitis on my abdomen and had antibiotics. That made the C-diff return and now I am taking meds for it. Fun, fun and more fun. I have spent most of the last couple of days in bed sleeping. At least I am getting my beauty rest. LOL. Hugs and love, MK
