Please help!

Dejra; I'm not a Dr., and I don't have all the answers, but if it were me, or my friend, I would be getting to a medical Dr. quickly. In my opinion, and all it is, is my opinion, if alternative medicine was going to work it would have done so by now.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had no symptoms; no I was not sick. I wish I could tell you otherwise, but everyone and every situation is different, but this should be checked out.

She is the most stubborn person. She has moved to Hawaii with her daughter and we are hoping she will convince her to at least get a diagnosis. She can't use her arm hardly at all. I would like to print these posts if you don't mind and send them to her. Maybe it will help.

I myself like alternative medicine until it is too far then I'm off to the Dr. She is in her 50's. Maybe deep inside she thinks she is ready to die. She is lively and friendly just stubborn.

If you are sick when you are diagnosed with breast cancer, that is not a good thing. Chances are you are dealing with metastatic disease if you feel sick. Your friend may not even have breast cancer. She may have any number of things, from infection to cancer. If she refuses to see a doctor, it is not your fault. It is her choice. Personally, I would run, not walk, to the nearest breast center. But your friend must make that choice for herself. All you can do is share your concerns with her. Hope she will listen to you, but if she can barely move her arm and still won't seek a doctor's opinion, then I find that highly unlikely. Alternative medicine has its place, but in this case, it has obviously not served to help your friend in two years.

I never had symptoms either. I just hope she sees a doctor soon. This is something not to wait or be stubborn about. This is much too serious. She is still very young. Hopefully she is not ready to die as of yet. In her 50's is not old. Good Luck....
