I think most non-surgical hair replacement for people with alopecia is simply a high quality (and high-priced) wig that is "glued" to the scalp. It stays in place for several weeks, and then it has to be re-glued. I really don't know much about it, though. If you find other answers, let us know... I know there are lots of women who would be interested if there is something better out there!

Sandra, you are right. Not all chemo causes hair loss. However, when certain chemo drugs are used, sometimes, but not always, the hair loss is permanent. For ladies who have already lost a breast or a part of one, the permanent loss of hair is adding insult to injury, to put it mildly. Hope your brother and sister are doing well.

I had underarm and some same-side of body hair loss from radiation "therapy." I didn't have chemo.

Hello! Had my consultation with Graham Wake the boss. He was lovely. Very patient and kind and left the situation totally in my hands. Has anyone had a non surgical wig attached before?
Would love some advice.
