I went to my gp for constant pain in my breast. I felt no lumps whats so ever. She checked my breasts and refered me to a breast clinic. I find there that my Dr felt a lump, and that was why I was refered. Bit of a shock.
Biopsy came back inconclusive. So I'm due to go in on 24th july for a lump removal.
However this has all happened in the last 3-4 weeks.
We've been trying for a baby for a year...
My GP knew this and said it'd be no issue.
But surgoen says it is an issue if I was to be pregnant, that they weren't able to do the lump removal.
I read online that the General can cause brain defects.
Has anyone had a lump removed without a general? my Surgoen said no to a local when I was asking.
As I found out today that I am indeed pregnant.
I have a two year old, and my Mums mum died of breast cancer at the age of 30. So with that in mind, I really want to have teh lump removed.
Has anyone been in this situation? I just left a message with the secretary, and they are going to tell the surgoen and get them to ring me back.
Any advice wil be amazing :(
