I am so tired of chemotherapy. Why on earth do we have to go through it without more pleasent effects?

This morning from 0700 to 1030 in and out the loo with my head over

I had to actually go to my primary who gave me 3 different shots

all because my zofran (naseau pill) decided to not work despite the double dosage (don't worry I told  my doctor)

Ty for the vent. I have days where i just gotta cry and vent

Feel free to cry and vent. I never got sick from my chemo. Zofran and steroids worked wonders for me. How far along are you with your chemo? I hope the next round goes better.

I'm in my second treatment. I was in remission for a couple of months for my tumors, but they grew again.

This is my fifth bout of chemo cycles.

I take Zofran, Phenegrin and something else (a vitamin for naseau that they use on prego ppl, but I'm not expecting) for the naseau, as well as mint, camaoloi (oh think the tea)

Usually Zofran is my miracle drug, but I guess its getting use to my body. I do that on meds a lot, I will have to ask the doctor on something in the same class of zofran. With my depression meds I have to take one for a month, switch one for a month switch back to the first. My body adjusts real fast and makes some pills ineffective

Kailbo, your oncologist should of gone over the options for you. I personally prefer as much as natural stuff as I can. I do combinations of homepathic, chemotherapy, accupuncture, and eating rich anti-inflammation foods and anti-cancer foods. I also did radiation at the beginning.

You can have different types of surgery, you can have chemotherapy, you can do radiation, there are options. Its your choice of what the oncologist says. If you dont act on it you risk of it spreading - and the circumstances of consequences.
