Friday was 1 year since my mastectomy.  I can hardly believe it.  I made it through the worst thing in my life with the help of you wonderful ladies.  I can't thank you enough.  Now on to the next phase.  I am looking into reconstruction.  I'm in no hurry and have to decide when I could have it done anyway, now with school and the new job.  I'm thinking towards the end of the year, but I'll see how things go.  I'll keep you posted.

Congrats! That first year comes around fast, and before you know it, you'll be counting 10 and 20 and 50!

One year is a good milestone, before you know it you will be at five, then nine like I am this month. One year at a time, tho, and live every minute for a happy life. Yeah sure. I know how that goes!!! Well try to be happy every minute. Hugs MK
