hello everyone, my name is grace and i am new here -- going for a biopsy on my right breast on the 17th and must admit it is stressful to think about. Have been reading all your posts and I am very impressed with all of you women in here - brave, courage and stamina seems to prevail.  God Bless all of you and I truly now understand what women really go through when mamagrams come back abnormal.  gees --- i guess we take it one day at a time.  Nice to be in this forum and site.

HI Grace, I think your post was not noticed because you did not have a subject line. There should have been several of us here welcoming you. I will see if I can fix it, if not, please remember next time to do a title. LOL. We will be here to support you though your biopsy. I just read your other posts with JuJu and it sounds like you have been given quite the run around. We have been there, done that. One thing you learn going through all this is to take care of #1 and be assertive. LOL. The 17th is getting closer, yet it is still a ways off, so please make yourself at home and join in. Grace, Welcome! Hopefully you won't have to become a "member" and your results will be B9. I will be saying our B9 chant for you and include you in my prayers. If you need to become a "member" we are a great bunch of ladies with so many experiences that you are usually sure to find someone that has gone through whatever you are to experience. Stick with us and let us know how things are.

Grace, Welcome. I am also pretty new to this board . Like some of the others said there are plenty of ladies here who have helped me since I joined. If I needed a laugh or just a pick me up, most likely you will find it here. Hope every thing goes well for you on the 17th. Huggs and Prayers are with you

I hope you don't become a member of the club no one wants to join, but am very glad you found us.  These women were so helpful and important to me at a time when I needed support because I wasn't getting much at home.  I hope you get everything you need, including a B9 report!!!

ellen, thanks very much. Everyone i have talked with who has had calcification on breast has had a negative biopsy but hey, one never knows. I didn';t even ever imagine not having a regular result mamogram since i have been doing it for sooo many years with no problem. oh well -- still hyave to count all my blessings so far. thanks again love, AmazingGraceIM god bless you

Well Grace I think you win the trophy for repeated posts. I cleared them all away. You can avoid having repeats if you use the string at the top of the page to get back to the beast cancer forum titles. Click on Breast cancer and it will bring you back to the list. If you use the back key, it takes you back to your typed in post, which makes you think it was not accepted and usually you think you need to submit again. If you duplicate posts you can remove your own by using the X square above your post and click on it. The pencil is used to edit. The thumbs down is to block posts by someone you do not wish to read. The exclamation point is to call attention to the post and I am not sure how that works. The yellow exclamation sign is to send the post to Healingwell Administator so he can take appropriate action. It is used when someone posts something illegal or ugly. Hope this helps.

Hello Grace! I'm a little late in welcoming you to our group. I, like the others, will say a prayer that everything is B9. Until the 17th, which seems like an eternity, come here and post. Ask any questions that you might have, even if you think that they are silly. Or just come and visit w/ us. Be assertive in your care. And until the 17th, keep yourself as busy as possible. Do fun things. Laugh lots..it is good for your mental state as well as helps physically.

thank you ladies for your replys and concerns.  I am definitly staying busy till the 17th which is my biopsy day.  I have heard such strange stories of how it is done and etc. etc.  i must admit i am nervous but i am glad to be having a procedure done to safeguard my health in the future.  I have no idea how it will turn out, but i am prepared for anything as it has already been a month since i got the phone call about irregular mam.  what a long process this has been. gees
