Congatulations, Gail! It's my anniversary, too!

I share your joy on celebrating six years! Unfortunately for me, this has been a very sad time. My mother lost her battle with breast/ovarian cancer last Saturday, May 27. I was able to fly down to Florida on Friday evening (it was very hard getting a flight siince it was a holiday weekend!) and I was with her as she passed on Saturday. I think she was waiting for me to get there! Now she has joined our other sisters who are watching over us! Please keep my sister, Shelley, in your prayers; she is still struggling with her fight against lung mets. This has been a very difficult time for us!

Hugs to you Frayda! First, congratulations on your anniversary!!! Sometimes it is difficult to celebrate these events. I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I am glad that you were able to be w/ her. I am sure that she was waiting for you. It is difficult to lose a parent. I lost my father to lung cancer over 14 yrs ago and I still miss him each and every day. But I can assure you that your mother will let you know that she is still w/ you. I notice little signs that my dad is around. Lots of prayers being said for your sister.

Frayda, condolences on your loss. I am sorry to hear of her passing. She was quite a warrior and you must be proud of her. I can imagine the struggle will be harder with your sister's diagnosis too, but hang in there. You too are a special person with those warrior traits,...and we'll be here for you as well.

Congrats on the anniversary! As you know, each and every one is something special!

Frayda, I was thinking of you when I hit my 6 years! Congratulations, too!! I am so very sorry to hear you lost your Mother. I know when my mom died I was totally devastated.I'm saying prayers for your sister, sweetie. This is a hard time for you and your family {{{{{FRAYDA}}}}}.

Frayda, sorry about your mother's passing. What a bittersweet time this must be for you and your family. Know that comforting thoughts are comng your way. Congraulations on your anniversary. Something to smile about amidst the tears and sorrow. Hugs, Lauri

Frayda - My sympathy to you during the loss of your mother. There is no other pain like losing a parent. I will be praying for you and your sister. I agree with Deb that you will know in little ways that she is still with you. God Bless you and yours.

Congratulations on your anniversary. I am inspired by all of you who have so many years behind you, and hope that some day, I too, will be celebrating.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. You and your family will be in my prayers. Congratulations on your special anniversary. We need to celebrate all of our anniversaries and birthdays. Deb mentioned family letting you know that they are here. Frayda, I am so very sorry to hear about your mother. To try to manage that pain and the pain of your sisters fight, is such an awful load to carry. I want you to know I feel such sadness at the thought of that load. I am glad you at least can smile that you are celebrating another anniversary..My thoughts are with you. Dear Frayda

I am so sorry to hear of your Moms passing....I am so glad you were able to get a flight and make it before she died. My Mom did the same thing..My brother was out of town and when he arrived she only lived 2 more hours..she was waiting. Your Mom was waiting for you.

I will continue to keep you and your sister in my prayers. I am thrilled that you reached the 6 year mark ! That is so WONDERFUL....It is great seeing you .
