PCE already fueled for Cathi!

I'll be wearing my pink feathers tomorrow. I agree. Pass on the pink chocolate. The darker the chocolate, the better. Makes a nice accent color to go with the pink, don't you think?

Cathi's quilt is beautiful, but a bit small for a landing pad. I think the PCE is going to be pushing maximum density tomorrow! In high school I had this very fluffy French teacher...purple hair, heavily rouged cheeks, and so many coats of lipstick, her smile will be around long after the rest of her has decayed. Anyway, every year we had a big banquet, French menu, but the same old school cafeteria food, I think, and dear old Lavinia would always show up in this pink caftan, thinking she was the belle of the ball...OMG, you could not look at her and not think of a giant pink marshmallow. I SWEAR she floated in that thing! So I propose we borrow Lavinia's caftan for a landing pad. It was polyester, so the thing won't deteriorate for generations to come! And goodness knows, Lavinia won't be needing the thing anymore...

Seriously though, I'll have Cathi in my thoughts and prayers tomorrow. Wishing you all the best, my dear. Tell those doctors that if they see a pink caftan floating by, it's your "bosom" buddies, so they better make darned sure they treat you right!

Is any of that pink fluffy stuff caramel?  Cathi's quilt was awesome... so much love put into each stitch... she knew who each square was from and told a little story.  Our Cathi is something special.  You can be sure I'll be there with a suitcase packed with pink feathers and prayers for Cath.

Wait for me...........I will be dressed all in pink and ready to give Cathi a great big hug when she comes out of surgery.
