How did you do with the machine? I spoke to someone who said she can't sleep without it now, it is so helpful.
Funny how some of us have such issues with sleep. I am a terrible and sensitive sleeper. The best thing about chemo was that I got to take ambien every day for months, with doctor's approval.
Now though I often use eye shades, ear plugs and always my bite plate for my bruxism. And my husband loves me anyway, bless his heart! (and it gets cuter in the winter when I go to bed with slippers on!)
