New to this forum, but need information about ovarian cancer. If anyone has had it, can you please give me the symptons? I was playing paddleball, and suddenly i began having knotting pains in my pelvic area. It felt like my insides were twisting up. Had this pain yesterday at work. Also, my stomach gets bloated.. Please give me you stories. Thank you, Mari...

P.S I am 50 years old with no family history..

Sounds like you could have pulled or stretched a muscle.This is a breast cancer support board... not ovarian. What kind of stories are you asking for? Not sure why this board and what you are asking are related. Plus instead of getting 20 different answers you might want to look up ovarian cancer on webmd.

Annette is right....more info to be found on other boards, but you are welcome here. :) Just that we may not be so good at offering advice. You could have other conditions with the ovaries too, a burst cyst or something like that. My advice is to contact your doctor, but ov ca is likely at the bottom of the list of potential causes.
