Postmenopausal 62 years old. History of diagnosed microcolitis. Now CT showed
several mildly enlarged mesenteric and aortocaval lymph nodes ranging in size 1
to 1.5 cm in short axis. Left ovarian cyst 1.8 x 1.2 cm. CA-125 normal. Right
adnexa 2.9 x 1.7 cm. Uterus has lobulated contour. Vaginal ultrasound showed
9mm thickening of endometrium. Clinically shortness of breath. I would be
grateful if any one can provide any feedback. Thanks

It sounds like you should really discuss this report with your doctor. That would be the best person to interpret the results for you. Did they give this report to you without discussing it with you???
Hugs...
