Hi all,

So many of you are new to me as it has been quite awhile since I have been on the board. It is nice to recognize some.

I have had quite a cancer ride in the last year. First Thyroid Cancer. Had to remove my thyrid. All is resolved.

Celebrated 7 years of breast cancer survival

Lung cancer. Had to have my upper lobe in left lung removed. All is resolved.

None of the cancers are related. So I am thinking 3 times I'm done.

I just wanted to say to survive, and we all can, just takes knowledge, strength, and faith. I pray for all of these things for the older and newer on the board.

Candy, it is so good to hear from an old friend. I'm really bummed to hear that you have been through such a rough time of it in the last year! You know, our Lori had to deal with thyroid cancer, as well. But lung cancer on top of all the other??? Man! That sucks. Don't be such a stranger!

I guess I should have read your first posts before the others. I am sorry you have had to go through all this. My husband had a primary tumor in his lungs but bone mets was terrible. Daughter Carolyn had recurrence to her breast cancer 4 years ago and it went to her bone marrow. She fought it til the very end. July 30th You keep on going and fighting, too!!!! Hopefully nothing else will show up.
