LAST bottle of Tamoxifen arrived in the mail today. Last 90 day supply. Down to the last 100 or so, out of 1,825 (not counting leap year!).

Ain't it grand? I am counting down....my oncologist advised me to have a party to celebrate, let's start the planning now!

When I got put on Tamoxifen I thought it was a wonderful day. As you get to the end of the five years, you get that same wonderful feeling. Hope you do some serious celebrating. L&H Joyce

I am sorting thru my closet for party clothes. Let me know when the celebration begins ok? So happy for you, it must be a great feeling to know you are coming close to the end of those pills.

We're having a party!!! let me know when and where. I wasn't able to take tamox. but I can only imagine how happy you are to be that close to being finished. Congratulations!!! Yippee...

SO glad you've told us about this milestone.  Doing the electric slide here in the Catskills......of course now there's the cha cha slide to do, too.  gotta keep up with the kiddies.

Lori, Yeah!!! Last pill and a party too!! Sounds like a good celebration. We live relatively close, it would be fun to get some of us together to party. Love you and many hugs to you, Candy

Lori, I'm so happy for you! I also only have a three-month supply of Tamoxifen, but that's only because my doctor strongly recommends that I switch to Arimidex. Not exactly happy dancin over that, but I can always switch back. Bless my oncologist, she does a lot of research because of my severe hot flashes. She says now this is the way to go. But I'm REALLY happy for you. I'll be in the same spot in, oh, 4 years. LOL
