Do i have it or not?

I just went to my local doctor who told me to get an appointment and get my mamogram done as soon as possible. In the prescription it said the there was a 1 x 1 lump diagnosed on my left breast. I have an appointment very soon but I am getting really nervous and sad... So if someone can please tell me how bad or worse does this mean??????????????
