I'm having my PET scan tomorrow morning at 8:00AM PST.  Certainly could use some positive energy and pink feathers!  LOL  I KNOW they will not find anything.  Have to stay positive. 

 

I graduated from chemo Tuesday.  Now on to radiation in 3 weeks.  The light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer.

WOO HOO! You are a chemo grad! That is a HUGE milestone and a well deserved pat on the back! Rads should be a thousand times easier than chemo, so that light is looking real close!

And yes, PCE is on its way! We'll jut fly out to California from Cyndy's scan today, I think she is in Indiana?? Anyway, it is perfect because we're already on the plane and pink feathers are every where. Good thing I left Tavish at home this trip, I think a long flight would be tough for the little guy. We'll be sure to pour (and drink) the pink champagne on the PCE to celebrate your chemo graduation!

Woohoo!  Congratulations!  It's such a wonderful feeling, isn't it?  I hope this last treatment will be kind to you.

On our way for another PET scan with feathers flying there, too. Saying prayers and keeping fingers crossed for good news. Hugs MK

Good luck tomorrow with that PET scan! I will be saying a prayer for you and boarding the PCE with my pink feathers.

Me too, don't forget me.  I'll be the one dragging her butt up to the gate.  Hey can I nap on the way?  I don't snore (too loud, he he).

Thanks ladies.  You sure left a pink feathery mess in the room!  LOL  I was so sleepy during the whole thing, it was fine.  Boy, my arms sure went to sleep, too.  I didn't know they had to be in that position.  I will know the results in a few days and will be sure to post what I find out.

Called the onc today and found out they did get the results, but he wasn't there.  He will call me tomorrow.  Keep your fingers crossed.

Kathy, did you get your call yesterday? I am a little behind in reading posts and just realized you posted on Thursday that you would get a call Friday. Please let us know, you are in our thoughts and prayers, Hugs MK

Time to celebrate.  The onc called late yesterday and said all the organs and bones are FINE!  There is one spot he is going to look into further next week, but says usually it's nothing.  I was in such a good mood even before the phone call, that was icing on the cake.

 

I don't know why (and I'm not questioning it), but I have had fantastic energy lately.  I feel absolutely great!

 

Thanks for all your prayers.  They really worked!
