burning pain of the breast

hi,i am very worried,i am having this burning sensation under my left breast,it will come after eating any spicy or peppery foods.when i feel that way i stop using spicy foods.now is more severe also with a slight pain.i only feel the pain if i squeeze or rub the breast.now i have notice a little swelling in the breast,and there are no lumps in the breast.well i am going to do a mammogram,to see what are my results.i am very worried.can i get any answers please.
