hot sensation in my right breast "help"

hi my name is krystal im 27 yrs old ive bn have an awfull
pain in my right breast for a few days! i dnt know wat it is and im scared
my mom had breast cancer five yrs ago which lead up to a full fouble masectomy
thank god she is now under remission which only scares me a little more
a few yrs ago i went for a mammo but being i was to young they wouldnt do
one so they sent me for a sonogram which came back" benign"
but doc did tell me i had cystic fibrosis breast disease! and nothing to worry about . in november i h a d my last baby my 6th when i was pregnsnt we found out i had cancerous cells in my uterus which lead to a partial hysterectomy 8 weeks ago in april i dont know if it might be relevant to what i just bn recrntly through but i do need dome advice please i dnt have insurance of any kind and i dnt know wat my options are to see a doc but going to emergency room this pain his just not normal tthanks for taking time for reading or even replying

no i didnt nurse with my last baby i have before with my other pregnacies! when i shower and let warm water hurt my right side breast it only hurts so much worse. i spent the night speaking w/ my mom and my husband and we were going over symptoms that i just recently bn experiencing in a short amount of time ive had several unormal hotflashes, expreme migrane pains,and one concern i never really took into consideration my affected breast has never bn the same size as the left im an A cup which are obviouslt tiny but my right breast there isnt nothing there compared to my left and ive created a bald spot on my bang area of my hair line in front which is so imbarrasing, i work graveyard shift and last night i had no pain when i got home to rest its when it started again!

Sorry to hear the hot water makes it hurt more. Hospitals where I live are required to treat you whether you can pay or not. Good luck...hope you feel better. Keep me posted.
