After finding the mass June 9th finally had a diagonstic mammogram 4 views and squeezed my breasts almost flat OUCh, then after that brought me right over for a sonogram and the tech used a ruler and measured up top and on both sides and then told me if the doctor wnted a biopsy done she wil order one other wise call doctor on Mon am and get results withng 24-48 hurs. I hate the waiting it is also doing a number on my thyrpoid and heart condition too. BUt what does it mean when the sonogram tech measures up top and on the side both sides?

Heidi I hope your tests are OK. I had only one sonogram and that was so long ago I don't remember now what was done. Why has it taken so long since June 9th to get this far? You must be really tired of waiting and I don't blame you. The biopsy is not so bad. There are different kinds and they are simple day surgery. When you find out more, let us know and maybe we can help deciphering the news. Hugs MK

Shands is the breast Cancer Center  for people here in NE florida and they do alot of mamograms saying expited and I have a good friend who is a moderator along with me who called for me. they were givening me the run around. but I callmy doctor mon Am early 8 am and have her call me back within 24-48 hours with the results and gof rom thier we will deicide. Thanks and I sure will let you all know about my results.

Both Techs were so happy I do BSE each montht hruogh buddy check 12.
