I am bummin.  Spent most of July by the pool, just hangin', recovering.  It's now back to the real world.  Don't know why I'm bummin so.  I'm going to The Cape in three weeks.

 

I suppose I should be ready.  I'm very tired, though.  I've been having major fatigue attacks the past week or so.  Today was the worst.  There may have been sugar involved.  I crashed after and ice cream cone.

I can sympathize with your back to work blues.  Maybe it will be better than you think and everyone will be welcoming you back.....yeah and donkeys will fly out of my butt, ....but it COULD be OK, you know!

I am having major job dissatisfaction right now.  I am actually thinking about pharm. sales (am I insane?!). I'm having a mid-life crisis at 37!

Sending good vibes for a clean mammo (mine's this Friday, fun, fun, fun...).

I am definitely sending you good thoughts about work on Monday. You'll be just fine, I know it. Just please take it easy after work for the next couple of weeks. I know it's hard to get back into it after something major like that. Don't push yourself.

When going through radiation treatment, 30 minutes or more per day on a treadmill prevented fatique.

This was about two years ago and it wasn't radiation that had me fatigued at that time.  It was postsurgical stuff.  Thanks for the advice, though.
