Ah Jo-Ann, I love to hear your stories... You can make an adventure out of anything.
I can watch exercise tapes with you. I always do them in my mind... then wonder why I haven't lost anything... oops maybe that's why I'm losing part of my mind... LOL.
I can also join your Exercise Machines Are Hazardous to Your Health Club. I have a purple toe from walking into my "hip and thigh" machine... poor little toe. I am more careful walking now though. (I do have an exercise bike in the cellar and that's exactly where it's staying... hidden in a corner.)
If you ever decide to do the exercise tapes, come on over. I have Richard Simmons, Tony Little, Yoga, Callanetics, Walk & Stretch Aerobics for Seniors, Line Dancing for Seniors, Fit & Physical Jazzercise, Body Flex, and most recent purchase... Pilates. I have found, however, that none of these work unless you actually open the box and DO the exercises. After reading your post and looking in the cabinet at all these exercise tapes, I did open the sherbet and had some of that. Should count for something.
Now I think we should rest. Sounds good to me.
Love and Hugs, Libby
