Breast and arm pit pain, deep, 5 months post radiation?

I know the tissue is supposed to, or can, get tough and firm, and I know all about the zingers. But I'm 3 months to the year before my actual surgery, and 5 months since I finished radiation.

I still have to use a numbing cream on my breast because of friction burns. But I've got deep pain where the tumor was removed.

I see my surgeon in early November.
