I too had a call back. I was told there were changes in the right breast. We started with the mammogram, every which way you could imagine, she kept looking at one picture to the other and sort of frowning. I asked, is this all we gotta do today? She said, "it depends". Then she said she would let the doc look at the pics and she would be back.
She came back, doc says ultra sound. So, that time came, with gel smeared everywhere, she went all over the right breast, but a couple places she homed on in. The left, she just briefly checked that same area for comparison. She went to get the doc.
The doc comes in.....good news........just a few harmless nodules, things everyone carries around. Go anywhere I want for my next mammogram.
Like they said, most are benign findings. Good luck.
I am 51 and past menopause.
