Watermelon Smoothie for Upset Tummies |
Here's a timely and terrific recipe for those days when you're experiencing nausea or decreased appetite.
- 8 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
- 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Place cubed watermelon in a large bowl. Cover and freeze. Combine watermelon, sugar and undiluted lemonade in food processor, and process until smooth. Makes 6 servings.
