Have any of you ER+, PR+ bc survivors changed your way of eating? I am trying to avoid soy and found that it is in everything. I went to have a grahm craker-soy; cereal-soy; even my gingersnaps have soy. I had to throw away a whole bottle of vitamins that had soy in them and when I went to take my calcium, it had soy. What are you doing? (I am assuming that all of you were told that soy is a fertilizer for this type of breast cancer, although I know some whose doctors never said a thing--but mine did!) I have not yet started my chemotherapy because of all the tests I am being put through, but this is something I am getting frantic about
. What do you all eat?
Just to explain--I was on a hormone patch and, because nothing showed up in my mammogram a year ago, and I am now Stage III, I have been told that the hormone probably made it grow fast...........(no bc anywhere in our family) Thanks for the help....Sandy
