Have this mental picture of you, catlike, fingernails and toenails embedded in a drop ceiling panel, suspended above the heads of a team of doctors and nurses who are desparately trying to coax you down from there. Hope it's not so bad.

Got my nails sharpened today! Lol. I'll be hanging on for dear life at about 2-ish, I'd say. The appt is at 1:30. Drugs at 12:30.

I'm NOT looking forward to the internal, but am hoping for a diagnosis soon. Wouldn't it be great if they could find something fixable! Holy Hernnea's Batman!

I'm also dropping off my resume and cover letter to NYU's pain center. wish me luck! (I'll do that before the eval so my face isn't all screwed up when i go there). Pink wishes for that please

What should we be wishing you luck for? That they make an offer, or that they don't??? Reminds me of a friend of mine who wanted a fifth child, and her husband had decided that four kids was enough. She told me that she and her husband were using the "pull out and pray" method of birth control. "We're just praying for different things," she told me.

Somehow, I think you and your hubby are going to be hoping for different things, too!

Anyway...good luck. Whatever is meant to be, will be. Que sera, sera, and all that good stuff.
