Hello Raiden,
I will try to get to so of your questions, you are right we are all affected at different levels of fatigue from 0-10 say most days i am 7-8 that is if i am on a job that i can sit at work, if i am on a standing job then when the day is over i will be 9-10 and i will get home and either i will go to bed and sleep for 2 hour or just sit and read e-mails and then go to bed at 7:00p.m.
The work I do is plastic parts, your computer fronts, padprint the name on the front of your computers, phones etc. I like my work and they work with me so if i need to work on something not so taxing i can let them know.
Now some of the symptoms i have are cognitice problems like saying the wrong words when my mind says the right word it comes out wrong, anxiety, i got migraines that they can not stop had them for 10 months and they finally found a mix of pills to calm them but they are only masked if i miss a pill i in in trouble.
I feel very fatigued after just a little exertion and i will get shortness of breath and that is why you maybe yawning all the time, you may be in need of air. I sleep good as i take pills to keep me out but as soon as i am up about ahalf hour i want to go back to bed but, know that i can`t, i keep going because i know there are alot of people that would give an arm and a leg to beable to just get up in the morning
Your muscle pain is part of it so is morning stiffness, low grade fever swollen painful lymph nodes in neck, under arms. you best check this with your Doctor as he can make sure it is nothing else, also it could be the start of Fibromyalgia and i have and have been fighting that flare all summer. Well i better close as a storm is closing in and i need to get off of th computer hope this helps.
