Hey, When I had CFS I started looking at my emotions. THe dips that come from the disease were very connected to what I was thinking and feeling.
I have found that people with this disease come out of a lot of performance to please a parent during childhood and later. Also, it is common to believe that the more do the sicker I will get. That brings on more negative emotions. We can't be afraid of the disease. Having fun and pushing through helps. The more I laid around and thought about what was happening the worse it got. It is best to go do small things that can lead to doing bigger things. Have fun.
