need some advice please !!!!!!!

hi can someone help, my wife has had cfs for many years now but for the last 2yrs has suffered very badly with severe pain in upper right hand side of her back that radiates round to her ribs docs keep telling her that nothing wrong even tho she lost 5stone in 2and a half yrs without trying, its bad enough watching your loved one go through cfs every day as she is bad with it but to watch this as well is not good has anyone ever come accross these symptoms with cfs or is it likely that another cause could be the issue here regarding her back pain , she takes approx 12 tramadol every day its the only way that she can function if you know what i mean , would be grateful for any advice

thanks double hit we are under a specialist at moment but seems to be taking a long time in getting things moving if you know what i mean unfortunately this seems the way of the nhs in the uk
