you had me until the wake up at 7am part. impossible for me. i get my best sleep early morning.
But about hte ph, how did you find this out? How is it that something that seems to trivial could make such a difference?
When my saliva PH was 4.5, my sleep was so bad, I only got a few hours from 4-8 in the morning. But as my PH went up, when it got up to 6.0, my sleep GREATLY improved. When I got up to 6.4, I was sleeping better than I had since I was a child. Actually for the first time in my memory, I slept the whole night without waking even once. I woke up in a panic! I was not used to the night passing without my knowledge.
You can buy PH strips at health food stores or aquarium supply stores.
It may sound trivial to test your urine PH and saliva PH, but it could be the clue to your health. Blood PH must be almost a perfect 7.2. If it drops too much, you die! But your body prevents it by taking alkalinity (calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium) from your diet. If your diet is highly acidic (medication, meat, dairy, grains) your body will take alkalinity from your bones and teeth!
'PH Factor' was written by a doctor I think in 1995. It's old information that mainstream doctors still don't acknowledge:/
