HELP !!
My daughter was an elite volleyball player, AP student.
She has missed the last half of school and club volleyball.
All she does now is lay in bed, work online for some class work.
Started with abdominal pain and vomiting blood. After upper GI, sonograms, blood work and Hydascan it was determined the Gallbladded only functioned at 6 percent. Feb. Gallbladder was removed. Continued having abdominal pain, nausea, not feeling well, headache. After many trips to the ER, it was determined she had a abdominal migraine. Treated with IV and pain relief for a few days. Migraines on the edge for about 2 weeks. Went to school , caught stomach virus.
back down for a week.
Tried- Amitriptyline , reacted to it with seizure like behavior, Lexapro (generic) weak , light headed, seizing in hands and feet
Attended school for a week, caught strep, down a week. major amoxil and vitamins, Back to school caught stomach virus
taking augmentin and vitamins.
For nausea, taking Zofrain and Promethazine
Feels weak, light headed nausea all the time, trouble sleeping, throwing up food
Facts Known : No celiac or Crohns disease.
