Drs are famous for diagnosing various psych disorders, instead of CFS, when they see the type of symptoms you have described. But technically, in defense of your Dr, one must have overwhelming fatigue which is made worse by exercise and stress, for a minimum of 6 months. So even if your Dr suspects CFS, he could not make that diagnosis until your symptoms persist for 6 months. But most of all, hang in there! We all know how traumatic it can be to be seriously ill, yet Drs will not treat us. The best weapon you can have, for surviving with the least loss physically, is education. Read everything you can find, and soak up as much info as you can. Then you will be able to guide your Dr in finding adequate treatment.
