Folks get on Malic Acid/Magnesium
825mg KAL Malic Acid/Magnesium (can buy at Amazon.com or LuckyVitamin)
2 tablets in morning
2 tablets at night
It improves muscle strength and has the ability to reverse weakness, and fatigue.

most of them are a wash, but a few are amazing.

It works for me, so I don't see why it wouldn't work for you. I've been using it for 2 years now.
You won't notice anything til after 2 months, but it does work.

I've been using for 2 months and it helps with the fibro-fog and a little with energy but nothing on muscle strength or weakness, sorry Shanea. You never said what your diagnosis was that can make a world of difference in how or whether a supplement works. I have too many diagnosis and I need a supplement for each one, so my main issue is not being able to take anymore pills and not having anymore money. Thanks for sharing with us and Keep in Touch.

My mistake, I've been on it 12 years. Typo, my apologies.
I've had fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue and osteoarthritis over the past 15 years.
Since I've started using this, I feel a lot better. It did surprise me that it helped in my knees. The fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue I hardly notice anymore.
I know others that have had the same as what I've been thru and apparently it is working for them.
It probably varies on the person.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I have been using this for about
2 months now & think I can see a difference but it is hard to know yet. I will continue for a few more months to give it a good try. I hope it works well for me & I am happy you see such an improvement with it. Wow, to not notice Fibro & CFS anymore would be so wonderful. Thank you for the encouragement, Hugs, Denise

I really hope this works for you as it has with me.
It might take longer with some people than others. Since I gave it several months for my body to get use to it and I continued, I'm thankful that I did.
Best of luck!
