I am sooo sorry you have to be this sick so young, but I hope you have a Dr. who know CFS is real and will help you treat it. Yoga is one of the best treatments for fatigue, irritability, muscle aches and pains and gastro issues, constipation, diarrhea, nausea etc. its Good stuff, just remember not to overdo it. Other things you can try for stomach issues are bland diets or try the food allergy tests; First stop eating gluten, wheat, dairy and soy, these are the main ones that cause problems and it means A Lot of Label reading. Then after 30 days off of them, add them in 1 by 1, eat gluten for a week, if you don't have any reaction try wheat and so on. Oh yeah, medications, these can cause All kinds of intestinal problems, even the stuff we Have to take, I have 4-6 Dr.'s depending on the month and I take between 7-13 medications depending on the issue
so I know a thing or two about

Hopefully you never have to take that many meds but the other stuff I use; fiber capsules and fiber powder because I can't eat wheat or bran, senna tea, I eat an apple a day(seriously)antacids, sparingly, I have a prescript
ion for Zofran, no fat, no grease, meat is great as long as its cooked well, go easy on the dairy even if you aren't intolerant it just hits that acid and starts roiling(yes, thats a word) Ginger Ale! and crackers, i can't have it anymore
