More or less just venting, so frustrated:
I thought I had a better handle on this push-crash thing, but yesterday I felt good and pushed too hard apparently b/c I feel like I have been hit by a truck today. Can't stop shaking, headache, stomach ache, etc. I did a lot yesterday but felt like I was resting between activities, and never felt that bad while I was doing stuff. Wish I could get a better idea of what I can and cant do. I've always had health issues since I was 8 or so, but I've always been able to push through so this is really tough!
