Hi Renee Nicole & welcome to the forum. I have read alot about diets & vitamins & supplements also, I tried some of the different things suggested but have finally come to the conclusion that they only work for you if you have a deficiency in that area. I took D3 for many years because I was low in that but it didn't help my CFS any. I take CoQ10 & that gives me some energy but my CFS is still the same. The things that seem to help me are the CoQ10, Magnesium Malate & dark chocolate. Nothing else has made me feel any better, what I eat doesn't affect me either but my daughter has to watch many things that she eats because of how they make her feel. I found when I was first starting out with this illness that I had a sensitivity to soy, after staying away from it for about 3 years I got over it & it doesn't make me feel sick anymore. We each have our own journey as far as what will help us so I wish you well, just don't rely too much on these articles & things, there are many out there who think all we need to do is eat better, sleep & get on with life. We have a very debilitating illness, if something really worked we would be all over it. Nice to meet you, hugs, Denise
