This is very helpful for me to hear. I was feeling really lousy
this past Jan-Feb and was tested for Sibo which I have. On my own,
I decided to take grains out of my diet. I also decided to cook fruits and
veggies or steam them to help my digestion. Also, I'm taking some
supplements for Candida via my doctor.
Luckily, all of this has been working. I still have fatigue but
it's not as strong. My head is clearer and I'm able to do more things.
Like yourself, I've struggled with some of these pieces for some
20 years. I have read a lot of 'diet' books and gone to talks. Also, have
tried different things. During these last few months, I've had the
best results.
Thanks for listing your specific diet here. I'm so glad it's
giving you some energy and you're starting to feel better.
What are some salicyalates? cantaloupe? berries? are you also
dealing with these?
