Valtrex experiences ?

No experience with these anti virals, but considered them years ago when started on the Fibro journey, EBV was pretty high....but the cost FOR ME was prohibitive....so FOR ME, Olive Leaf Extract has kept my EBV under control.

One doc I saw along the way, said SO MANY live with EBV and live well.

Actually the healthiest I have been since my diagnosis was when I was on valtrex for my ebv and Cyto. But my doc would only let me use it for a few months. My health has dropped since then (a year ago). I just had lab work showing that ebv was active recently (oh god, it was terrible), and I'm hoping my doc will put me on it again.

So I give it two thumbs up! Oh and I found I could break them in half and had the same coverage but less toxicity.

Probably with the help of his partner, a virologist, Dr. Pridgen included celebrex in their fibro trials of valtrex plus another med. I believe they found celebrex + Valtrex to be the best combo. I most probably read that at cortjohnson.org/HealthRising. There are prolly reviews of celebrex at anytreatment.com, also. The site hopes to be a yelp type of patient resource for finding reviews of alternative, supplement, and prescription treatments.
