Hi Sara.
Sorry to hear of all your health struggles. These multi-symptom things are a challenge.
I'd have to say, the best way is to find a support group in your area and they can tell you where the CFS doctors are in your area, besides being there to email with and to get info and feedback from the group.
Two sites to find Support groups in your area are
www.cfids.org and
http://www.immunesupport.com/supportgroups/ You'll have to email the first one and the second one has blanks to fill in, after you read their paragraph there.
More than likely, with all you have, the chances for at least CFS is there. Crohns and IBS are common with it and the viruses that reoccur that you've experienced with the mono, is also.
With CFS, you not only have the Immune-deficiency going on but an auto-immune.
That second site above "Immune Support" is outstanding for CFS and FMS. They have a forum and tons of articles. I particularly like Dr. Cheney, just for one.
Hope this helps and hope you can see remission in the near future.
All the best.
Ann
