I hide how I feel from everyone, except my wife. People don't understand how you feel, until they feel the same way. They look at you as if you're crazy, and this is in your head. I act different around my wife, then I do when I'm with my friends. I put on an act when I'm around them, but my wife see my true side. She see's the anger, the frustration, the depression, and the confusion. But most of all, she see's me for who I am, and my friends do not.
Try not to let this bother you. You're your own person, and nothing can change that. Everyone is chemically different from one another. Just because your chemical imbalance set's you apart from the rest of the world, doesn't make you any less of a human being, or any less of a great person.
Get better, and sleep well.
