HELLO EVERYONE :)

Sorry for yelling but I haven't been here in forever and just wanted to say Hi to my old friends and Hi to all the newer people. It's been probably over a year since i've been to the site and I've missed you all so much. HI PETER if he ever sees this as well :-) !!!!

Just a quick recap for those of you who don't know me. I used to be a mod here in fibro and chronic fatigue, It was actually the great people here in fibro forum that got me to keep investigating this lovely syndrome and got a new doctor and finally got my diagnosis after fighting for 6 years!!!

 

I have started going to Centergy classes which are AMAZING!! If I actually attend the classes regularly I live almost SYMPTOM FREE!!! I actually had days where I had NO pain what so ever!! But since it's winter time I havent' been going lately so some of the pains are coming back.

 

Not sure whatelse to write but I miss you all and hope to frequent the site more often.

Hi Mel, it's good to hear from you. It sounds like you are doing really well and I am so happy for you. Keep up going to the classes if you can since they work so well for you. Thanks for the update and take care

Mel? Nice to meet you. I'm a newbie here. What are Centergy classes, from the name sounds like energy comes from the core? How would i find a local place that offers these?

I go to the YMCA. Go to google.com and search Group Centergy. It's a fun exercise routine that mixes pilates and yoga and does a lot for you. It's a lot to type here so I suggest googling it to see all of its benefits.

Thanks for welcoming me back, I know I can't put in as much time here as I used to but i'm going to stop by more often. I'm so happy my login still works and I actually remembered it LOL.
