Hi Claudio,
I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking what other people find to be the best remedy? And your list is what you personally find to be the best? Or are you asking people to choose which of the items in your list, are the best remedy?
The truth is, there IS NO best treatment or therapy for everyone who has CFS. Everyone expresses the illness differently, which is Dr-speak for 'everyone's symptoms are different'. This makes it impossible to treat everyone the same way.
With the lack of effective medical treatments to control ALL of an individual's symptoms, Drs and patients must seek out unique treatment regimens. It's a simple matter of trial and error, a process which requires a whole lot of patience and a whole lot of courage (especially trying to find the right medication). When patients have exhausted all medical treatments for an individual symptom, they often turn to alternative treatments, which CAN be very effective. Personally I've found most of them not to be very cost-effective. But that is another story.
I would just encourage people living with CFS (and their friends and family) to be persistent. CFS is a frustrating illness to have to live with, in large part due to the difficulty finding effective treatments. Please feel free to discuss this topic here, if it would be helpful to you. Good luck.
