DX

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in April 2006. I have had many of the symptoms since my childhood but the pain and fatique began late 2005. Lately I have been feeling alot worse and I now wonder if I also have Chronic Fatique Syndrome.  How do folks get that diagnosed as many of the symptoms are the same.

I am off to see the specialist who diagnosed me with Fibro. He did all of the initial bloodwork etc. to rule out other ailments before was dx with Fibro.  Today however I was diagnosed with depression...lucky me.

Thanks so much for your reply. I actually feel a bit better. I am going to guess that it is the Vitamin D and not the new anti- depressant as I think it would take longer to work???  So far I have not had any side effects from the Prestiq. One is nausea and I remembered that I had some gravol from a previous med that caused nausea so I take one before the Prestiq and so far so good.

I see the doctor again next Tuesday and I would guess she may keep the Vitamin D at 4000 units until my next blood work.
