I have had energy! amazing

the last 2 days I have had ebergy like a normal person! yahooo!

What I think is helping me is a combo of things.

treating my lyme again, about 7 weeks in

I have sleep apnea so I have been sleeping reigiously with cpap. but that isnt new.

My doctor changed my dose of ritalin to 3 tabs 2x a day. I take the 2nd dose around 3p and that has been getting me through the day.


and what I think is the key to this transformation is that my lyme doctor put me on this supplement called Mitchondrial rescue kit or something like that by xymogen. You take 5 pills before breakfast and lunch. I have not felt this good in 3 years. The supplement is very expensive. I think it is $125 for a month. I wasnt going to buy it anymore because of the cost but I decided to take it and I will not be going with out any more. For the record I dont have any affiliation with the company, just find this product to really help me.

Some things that I have done the last 2 days-

took my dogs for a walk 2 days in na row. I NEVER EVER walk.
cleaned my house with help
I did not nap for 2 days like always

I just dont feel sick or tired.. I still have lots of pain though its not helping that.
