Need suggestions: tests results show nothing but still fatigued with low fever

I have been having low grade fevers since march ( never over 99.5) It seems they are with me often.. if not every day. I also have off, and on night sweats, and mild itching, crawling sensation. This all started with me being very fatigued. and aches , and pain.. . That part has gotten better though.. I have had so many blood tests.. it all shows nothing. I had LDH, SED rate, and CPR...all fine.I was to see a Rhem. he doesn't think I have that since blood is fine. He has put me back to regular dr.. What I need to know is where I should go from here? What tests should I ask for? I did have reg. Lyme test.. and just had the Western Blot one today.. to be sure. I am lost:( If I had CFS...which I did think I had at first.. would the fatigue get better? I still don't feel like I have the energy I use to before this started..BUT some days are great.. I am lost.. :( I am just worried about the fever thing.. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Mozartleo

I was diagnosed with cfs for 2 and half years and had a negative lyme test. I then had the western blot test which had a positive. It will be interesting to see your results.

With cfs you can have a boom and bust where you have good days so maybe do to much and then you bust because you did too much. You have too find your base level of activity and then gradualy increase from there. This is what I was advised at the cfs clinic. (before I nkew about the lyme)

I still have to follow the rules of cfs though regarding activity, stress etc

I am not sure about the fever, I know with both cfs and lyme you can experience it. Have you seen an endocrinologist? or a lyme lieterate doctor?
