Hey plbmint, I would say yes on the bus thing, I had to look your diagnosis up and its actually spelled ileum. I only bring that up because the ilium is actually a part of the femur. I would call up your doctor, request both a copy of the report/scan and an explanation and if he can't be bothered to give you an explanation take the report to another G.I..
