Is anyone taking monolaurin to help with CFS? I am having a terrible time tolerating it (sever stomach cramps). Does anyone else have this problem and do you know anything that might help?

I was diagnosed with EBC & CMV last month but have been very unwell for 5 months now, with skin flushing/skin rash. I have been taking Monolaurin for 3 weeks & stated of taking 1200mg a day then moved up to 3000mg a day, but not sure if I used it as stated to feel even more unwell on Thursday, not sure if it is my virus's or if it is Die-off from the Monolaurin killing the viruses??? So i am staying of monolaurin for a couple of days then starting back on 1 300mg 2 times a day & then staidly increase to see if it helps.

Has anyone else tried Monolaurin? as it is one of the only things that has proven to dilute the outser shell of the herpies, EBC & cmv virus's?
