Hello everyone, hope the new year brings us new hope...I'm usually on the lyme forum but seems I have overcome most of my worst symptoms with natural treatment. My tinitus is still at top volume though. The big Problem is the fatigue I experience is overwhelming.
I just got my hair element test back. According to the counting rules, my mercury is at toxic levels. In looking into this a little bit, it explains alot of these symptoms and wonder if anyone else has any info on the mercury connection? And mercury really disrupts hormones and the endocrine system. i just got finished having all my amalgams removed and am looking into a chelation protocol.
The general rule of thumb is to support the adrenals before chelation. If my fatigue is an indication of my adrenals, then they need support. Trouble is I don't know where to begin. Anyone here have any advice?
I've had my thyroid checked out in the past but it is always normal. I am underweight, have low body temp's, low blood pressure and low pulse rate. Some days I can manage light house type work and other days I can't move and feel too tired to breath. I've been unable to work for a year...
Just wondering if anyone out there had any advice as to where to start with the adrenal support and info on the mercury toxicity.
